Manual: The Middle 5 Killer

A masterclass on the specialized "avoid the center" strategy.

Core Idea: "Avoiding the Center"

Welcome, class. "The Middle 5 Killer" is a sophisticated, multi-market strategy built on a specific theory: that the middle digit, 5, acts as a "balancing point" and is often avoided during trending market movements.

Like the Combo strategy, it hunts across multiple symbols simultaneously. However, its trade is always the same: it places a DIGIT DIFFERS trade against your chosen Target Digit (which defaults to 5). It is essentially a "Contrarian Collector" strategy that has been specialized to hunt for a single, specific digit across many markets at once.

The Two Trading Logics (Choose One)

This strategy's "brain" can operate in one of two distinct modes. This choice is critical and completely changes how the bot decides to trade.

Deep Dive: How "Trigger Counts" Work

Think of Trigger Counts as setting up a series of "tripwires" for the bot. The bot is constantly counting a streak, and it will only take action when the streak crosses one of your specific tripwires.

The Scenario

Let's imagine you have configured the bot with these specific settings:

  • Logic: Advanced Consecutive Trigger
  • Target Digit to Avoid: 5
  • Trigger Counts: 4, 6
Step-by-Step Example Trade Session

The bot is watching the market. Here is a log of the tick-by-tick events and the bot's "thought process":

Tick's Last Digit Streak Count (Differs from 5) Bot's Action & Thought Process
21"Streak is 1. My triggers are 4 and 6. I will wait."
82"Streak is 2. My triggers are 4 and 6. I will wait."
93"Streak is 3. My triggers are 4 and 6. I will wait."
1 4 "TRIPWIRE HIT! The streak of 4 matches one of my Trigger Counts. I will now place a 'Differs from 5' trade."
... (Trade is placed) ...4(Let's assume the trade wins, and the exit tick was 7) "The streak was not broken. I will now wait for the next trigger."
05"Streak is 5. My triggers are 4 and 6. I will wait."
3 6 "TRIPWIRE HIT! The streak of 6 matches my second Trigger Count. I will now place another 'Differs from 5' trade."
... (Trade is placed) ...6(This time, let's assume the trade loses, and the exit tick was 5)
5 0 "STREAK BROKEN! The last digit was my Target Digit (5). The streak count is now reset to 0. I will start counting again."
Strategic Implications: Why Choose Certain Numbers?
  • Choosing Low Numbers (e.g., "2,3"): This is an aggressive, trend-following approach. You are betting that a short streak of non-5 digits will continue. You will get more frequent trades.
  • Choosing High Numbers (e.g., "8,9,10"): This is a more patient approach. You are waiting for a very long, confirmed trend of the digit 5 being absent before you trade. You will get fewer, but potentially higher-confidence, trades.
  • Choosing a Mix (e.g., "3,5,8"): This gives you multiple entry points. You can enter on a short trend, a medium trend, and a long trend.

All Settings Explained

General & Risk Settings

Initial Stake, Take Profit, Stop Loss, etc.
These function exactly the same as in the other manuals. They are your primary tools for managing the session's overall risk and reward.
Active 1S Symbols
The group of markets the bot will "hunt" on. All symbols in this panel are fast-paced (1-second intervals).

Trading Logic & Customization

Target Digit to Avoid
Definition: The core of the strategy. This is the single digit the bot will always bet against.
Recommendation: While you can change it, the strategy is optimized and named for avoiding the digit 5.
Trigger Counts (e.g., 4,5)
(Only for Advanced Logic) A comma-separated list of numbers. The bot will only trade when the streak of "non-target" digits hits one of these exact counts. See the deep-dive section above for a full example.
Symbol Selection Mode
Determines how the bot chooses a market from your active list when it's time to trade:
  • Best Opportunity First: The bot analyzes all symbols and picks the one with the strongest signal (e.g., the longest non-5 streak or lowest 5 frequency).
  • Trade Symbols Sequentially: The bot works through your list of checked symbols one by one, in order.
  • Trade Random Symbol: The bot picks a random symbol from your active list for each trade.
Symbol Switching Trigger
(Only for Sequential Mode) Decides when the bot moves to the next symbol in the sequence:
  • Switch After Every Trade: After trading on Symbol A, the next trade will be on Symbol B, regardless of win or lose.
  • Switch Only After Loss: The bot will keep trading on Symbol A as long as it's winning. It only moves to Symbol B after a loss.

Risk Management

Teacher's Recommendations & Final Checklist

Strategy & Settings "Recipes"

Here are two starting points for your demo account.

Recipe 1: Cautious Analyst (Safer)
  • Logic: Bot Deep Analyze
  • Active Symbols: Check 3 (e.g., 10V, 50V, 100V)
  • Initial Stake: 0.35
  • Take Profit: $5
  • Stop Loss: -$25
  • Max Consecutive Loss: 4
  • Martingale Factor: 10.5
  • Max Stake: $50
Recipe 2: Advanced Pattern Trader
  • Logic: Advanced Consecutive
  • Trigger Counts: 4,5,6
  • Active Symbols: Check 4-5
  • Initial Stake: $0.50
  • Take Profit: $15
  • Stop Loss: -$60
  • Max Consecutive Loss: 3
  • Martingale Factor: 11
  • Max Stake: $100

Final Pre-Flight Checklist

  • Do I fully understand the extreme risk of a 10.5x+ Martingale factor?
  • Have I set a low Max Consecutive Loss (e.g., 3-4) to protect my capital from the high Martingale factor?
  • Have I tested my chosen logic (Deep Analyze vs. Advanced) on a demo account to see how it behaves?
  • Is my Stop Loss set to an amount I am absolutely, 100% prepared to lose?

This is a powerful but dangerous strategy. Discipline and strict risk management are not just recommended; they are required. Good luck!
