Before you buy
Can I try it before paying?
Yes. Run Neptune against a Deriv demo account and watch a full session — the strategies, the logs, and the risk controls all behave identically. Only the money is simulated.
Is this a subscription?
No. $350 once. Your key stays yours, and updates within v12 are included. There is no recurring charge and nothing to cancel.
Will I make money with this?
Nobody can promise that, and you should not trust software that does. Neptune automates strategies and enforces the risk limits you set — it does not remove the risk. Options trading can lose you money, so start on demo and never fund an account with more than you can afford to lose.
What do I need to run it?
A 64-bit Windows PC and a Deriv account. Sign in with Deriv OAuth or paste an API token. There is also a web terminal your key opens if you would rather not install anything.
Windows warns me about the installer. Is that normal?
Yes. SmartScreen flags any installer without an expensive code signing certificate. Choose More info, then Run anyway. The install tutorial walks through the exact screen.
What happens if I reinstall or change PC?
Keep your key somewhere safe — it is what re-activates your download. One key, one licence.
